In Gmail

Open the email.
Click on the drop down arrow next to the “Reply” button.
Select “Add to Contacts List”.
Click on the “More” button above the email header.
Select “Filter messages like these”.
At the bottom of the search window, click “Create filter with this search”.
Check the box that says “Never send it to Spam”.

Optional Steps

Our emails might go to the “Promotions” tab in Gmail, which might make them easy to miss. If you want to change this, follow these extra instructions.

First, look for the email inside the Promotions tab. Then click, drag and drop it into the “Primary” tab.
Next, a message will appear asking if you would like to do this for future messages from this sender. Select “Yes”.

All done!

In Outlook

Open the email.
Right-click on the sender’s name, and click “Add to Outlook Contacts”.
Click “Save”.
On the Tools menu, click “Options”.
On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click “Junk E-mail”.
Click the Safe Senders tab.
Select the “Also trust e-mail from my Contacts” check box.

We haven’t seen any spiders since we plugged the Pest Repeller into the wall! Great product!

Replacement unit

I had recently purchased four of your Pest repeller ultimate AT. After plugging them in I found I was having issues with one of them so I called and spoke with a very nice lady in customer service, told her what was happening, and she said yes that unit is defective and without hesitation she sent me out a replacement unit. I’ve been using these units for years with success I don’t have mice problems in my house but I wanted a few more to cover every room in my house. Thanks again for the great customer service and no hassles getting my defective unit replaced.

Oh this works great on my dog’s barking. I used it once… just a super short correction. He stopped barking and after that I just had to say his name , show him the unit , he stopped instantly what he was doing.

I'm able to get the neighbors dogs to reduce their barking.

I had to purchase a second dog silencer, one close to the dog on automatic was not enough. The second I use with the remote to activate when the dogs keep barking to silence. I would be nice to have a setting to have silencer active for extended period of time, like 10 to 30 minutes to make the stubborn dogs get the message not to bark. Now the most effective way to get the dogs to stop barking when they won't stop, is the press the remote every 10 seconds for 5 to 15 minutes. The continuous activation make the dogs quite down for awhile.
